My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city, especially overlooking the river and across to Trump Tower. The service was impeccable, with the staff being super accommodating to every request, especially Pedro. The location was ideal for exploring the Loop and being right in the heart of all the major sights and attractions. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the greeting upon check-in was pretty basic.
